• Your privacy is extremely important to us. The Company's use of personal information is essential to the services we provide our clients. The Company, its staff, and its Independently Contracted Tutors are required to respect the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of individuals. Personal information about a student may be provided to their assigned tutor(s) and personal information about a tutor may be provided to their assigned students for the sole purpose of providing tutoring services. Personal information shall not be disclosed to any outside parties without your express consent unless ordered by a court of law.
  
  The Company utilizes procedures to protect the personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure by using various methods including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers and password protected access rights to our electronic records. The Company, however, cannot completely guarantee the protection of personal information stored on, or transmitted to and from our system over the internet due to factors beyond our control.
  
  The Company might contact you to request feedback about your experience with our service. We may, from time to time, send out newsletters or promotions to our customers for special announcements, upcoming events, to offer discounts, provide valuable coupons or for other similar purposes. It is our goal that any such contact would enhance the services already provided. If you wish not to be contacted for these purposes, CONTACT US to opt out.
